  • The PO round-trip is the source of truth. The extracted PO reference is looked up in CloudSuite, and the ERP's answer confirms the canonical vendor. What the invoice PDF claims about who sent it is deliberately never trusted.
  • Microsoft Entra ID handles sign-on, domain-locked to the company, so AP staff use the account they already have.

Handling Supplier Chaos Without a Data Project

What Stays in CloudSuite — and What Doesn't

Infor CloudSuite keeps what it's good at: purchase orders, vendor master, posting, the audit trail of record. The platform owns what the ERP has no model for: what the PDF actually said, which line matched which PO line and how confident the match was, who reviewed an exception and when, which supplier rules have accumulated. That split is deliberate — the ERP can't be corrupted by the automation, and the whole extraction and review history survives an ERP upgrade or a migration.

It also means the platform is not an Infor module. Everything a finance team needs to tune — supplier instructions, confidence thresholds, review routing — lives in an admin screen, not in a change request to your ERP partner.

Does this work with other Infor CloudSuite editions?
